Playing around with Character Animator plug-in for Adobe After Effects, a preview of a new program that is supposed to puppet a character and apply lip sync to your talking and facial expressions, etc. through a web cam.

Here's Sarge, a hard-nosed soldier in WWII, that I created specifically for the experience.  Now to get him working proper...
