The Maleficent MODOK #1: Page 12
A bit late and behind schedule, here's the part of the comic celebrating St. Patrick's Day, as every year I try to incorporate Banshee into a MODOK piece around the holiday (see March 17th entries from me this year, and the past two as well). So I am proud to present "Boyos' Night Out", the annual battle of the drink featuring MODOK vs. Banshee! Who will remain standing at the end of the night?

The Maleficent MODOK #1: Page 11
Thus concludes "Dinner In The Dark Dimension" featuring the defeat of the dread Dormammu and the ordering of pizzas. I have 2 more story arcs I wanted to do, but time runs short and life gets away from one, however, I'm going to continue on with posting what I can of issue 1 until the 31st ends it (at least at MMM, but will try to finish the issue here at this blog.) Next up: "Boyos' Night Out!", a Marvel Team-Up of sorts featuring nobody's favorite X-Man! See you soon.
Visit March MODOK Madness before it's done.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Here's a drunky half done Banshee MODOK....
Might redo this puppy, now that my head is a bit more clear. We've hit 100 posts at the March MODOK Madness, which is awesome as we have about a week and a half to go or so. It gets more popular each year. I'm still working on my MODOK comic and have been falling behind, however now I seem to have more time on my hands.
I actually was pretty good this year, despite drinking a good share of beer. Hoping you all had a sane St. Patrick's Day.

The Maleficent MODOK issue continues with "Dinner In The Dark Dimension", the meeting of the dread Dormammu and the malignant MODOK and, of course, the debate on whether egg salad constitutes a decent lunch! Hope to have another page up sooner than later, my perturbed, but persistant perusing public!
Do you like egg salad? No? How about March MODOK Madness?

Dinner In The Dark Dimension begineth! Where's MODOK you ask? Sorry, true believer, however, he appeareth four times on the next page. In the meantime, enjoy some dread Dormammu! And some Mindless Ones. And another AIM guy trying to eat a sammich.
No MODOK on page 6? You can see him here.

My Morning MODOK 01
I might save the next The Maleficent MODOK page until tomorrow and felt bad I didn't post today, so here's a ballpoint sketch I started and finished riding on the ol' reliable F train in the mornings, sleepily on my way to work. Maybe I'll post a few Morning MODOKS to fill in any posting gaps between story arcs in my comic.

The Maleficent MODOK #1: Fruitpie Advertisement
MMMmmmmm...... Boastess Fruitpies. MODOK loves them enough to turn corporate shill. Hey, a guy has to eat. What does he eat? The only snack with real fruit filling and a light and tender crust. Boastess Fruitpies. Available in apple and two other flavors that MODOK cares not for!
Get your fill of pies and MODOK at March MODOK Madness!

The Maleficent MODOK #1: Page 1
It all begins here, true believers, in a titantic tale titled "One Hell Of A Headshrinker!", starring the malicious MODOK, wherein he matches wits with Marvel's super-powered sentinel of psychology, Doc Samson!
Yes, there seems to be mistakes right off the bat and believe you me, it won't happen again! Marvel's new Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Devastation, has promised swift corporal punishment to and perverse, painful experimentation on the ragged, remaining Marvel editorial staff for any and all neglected missteps! Corrections: The banner should read "Maleficent", not "Malificent" and the colorist credited is actually the letterer! The non-credited colorist? We didn't even get to catch his name before AIM workers hauled him off as a test subject for something they called the "Brain Buster"! All because he forgot to color in one of MODOK's boots!
Go get your brain busted at March MODOK Madness!

Hurrying Head-On Hulk
I've been reading a lot of Kirby lately and was even looking for Kirby goodies at a comic convention this past weekend (picked up some Kamandi and Tales Of Suspense #94 actually, and some Luke Cage issues, but that ain't Kirby). Anyway, always liked how his Hulk looked, so I tried to emulate it. Trying to figure out a background for this piece, thinking of a nice desert scene with an atomic blast in the distance. We'll see.

Here it is, Face Fronters!
