Happy Birthday, Meghan!

Today is my friend, Meghan's, birthday and she wanted me to draw her as a superhero. I obliged. She said nothing about a decapitated, zombie, horse's head in a rocket powered jar, however. That's pure Tobin. Sometimes you get a little extra.
