The Red Ghost And His Super Apes
Brilliant Soviet scientist Ivan Kragoff, with his three trained primate buddies, gained super powers from cosmic rays while attempting to beat the Americans to the moon. Kragoff finds he has the ability to become intangible, while his gorilla gains super strength, his orangutan the mastery over magnetism, and baboon the ability to shape shift. Adopting the colorful name the Red Ghost, Kragoff and his Super Apes have long become a thorn in the Fantastic Four's side.
MAY-VEL continues all month long, a drawing challenge tackled by myself and Pedro Delgado. To see his superb rendering of the Red Ghost, go here.

Pretty awesome composition buddy. Really like the effect of him rifting through the wall..

Thanks, man. You rock like usual. I guess I'm like the sad orangutan in this lately. Without cool magnetic powers, but I'm working on it.

push on through buddy. I think I like the composition in this one better then my own... More dynamic...

Thanks, man. The only gripe I have is that I wished the orangutan had his right arm stretched out, à la Magneto, to fill some space and demonstrate his powers.

That orangutan looks like he doesn't want to be there
