Weird Things Found On Work Computer: Pop-Eyed Anime

Oh, like other weird posts on this blog, I present weird Brendan anime I found in a random folder. I come across these random things I sketched here and there during downtime at work (or unpaid late nights), but what caught my eye was the tiny Joker rendering to the left of the piece which I kinda dig. So here's some whatever.
