Grudgematch, Sucka!

In honor of Glass, team-up two superheroes who did not originate in comic books (some examples include Darkman, Green Hornet and the guy from Invincible) or have a superhero who did not originate in comics book fight a supervillain who also did not originate in a comic book (like Mr. Glass from Invincible)

Twitter follower, daviddwwilliams suggested: Chuck Norris vs Mr. T.  Seemed like an obvious choice that I just must choose it.  Both dudes had at least one comic series, if not more, and had animated series as well. I went with classic 1980s versions of the characters.

Twitter follower, ErichMees suggested: A match made in Fletcher Hanks' world: Stardust the Super Wizard and Fantomah, Mystery Woman of the Jungle.  Fletcher Hanks is too much fun to pass up.  I originally was not able to complete the story in time and offered up 2-pages initially, with instructions to come here for its completion.

Happy Birskday, Popeye!

I needed to jump in on Popeye's 90th birthday celebration, even if I couldn't finish it in time (still going to post on the actual day even if it is a few days later!)

Popeye was one of my first and favorite comic/cartoon characters; I loved watching the old Fleischer cartoons on early Sunday mornings as a kid.  The intro flute jingle would mark the end of the off-air color test pattern that ran overnight.  Still dig him.
